We are streamlining all pay enquiries that come into the office so they are dealt with quickly and efficiently and don't fall through the cracks.
Any pay enquiry by an Artiste should be pointed to this online form on our website to fill in first.
To find this on our website they just need to a) go to our website b) click on the Contact tab.

The artiste is given this link on their paperless estimate email and is asked to make any pay query using this form within 24 hours of getting the estimate.
Please encourage all artistes to fill in the online pay enquiry form rather than emailing individual team members as you can assure them this is the way their query will be dealt with quickly.
The reason for doing this is the pay enquiry form asks them to fill in:
- Their name
- The production they worked on
- The date worked
- Who in the office booked them
- And what their payment query is specifically.
