Problem caused by:
If a project is created in filemaker and diary records are created - before the project is converted to a paperless project, the booker has to remember to convert these diary records back to paperless records.
If this doesn't happen you can get a situation where Artistes incorrectly have 'Voucher 'records instead of 'Paperless' records inside a paperless project. Therefore these records never appear inPaperless.
Solution:
Comes to our attention.
Change the status to Paperless and press pink Send to Paperless, we get a report of error as the day in Paperless has already gone to accounts side.
Day sent back to AD side so we can amend.
Press pink Send to Paperless and background remains green but when checked nothing has happened.
What needed to happen was to click in the Character box which reset it and changed the background to Needs Sending. Press the pink button and it goes up.
