There are two main ways in which things can differ:
- If a person goes to set without first confirming their attendance via the email sent out from FM (it's via this email that OKCrowd intercepts and asks them to sign). This may occur for example if there is a late replacement ("go-to set now!") - although there may be various other ways this happens. In this scenario, the artiste will appear on the Paperless "not signed" screen but won't appear in OKCrowd at all. To remedy this you would request their signature from within OKCrowd.
- The other example is sort of the inverse. Where a signature has been requested on OKCrowd - but not received and then the person didn't appear on set. In this possible scenario, someone would appear on the OKCrowd side but not the PP side. This is probably rarer but possible. In this scenario - you could choose to forget the request on the OKCrowd side.
Related to (2) above - it's possible that the number of artistes for a project recorded on the Paperless side (i.e. turning up to set) is different from the OKCrowd side (i.e. the numbers who have signed) - because someone may sign and then not turn up on set. It's for this reason that we're recording and showing missing signatures on the Paperless side so that you can at least make sure that you have all signatures for those who came (even if you have more)
